Thou have to write down your successes and your loses; for it is the sum total of all a persons achievements which develop his/her bottom line.

How accurate is up to you. I usually believe that hourly specifics and that type of intimate information is not needed. Simply work out how much up you are and what amount (if anything) you have taken out. Naturally, if you don’t win, record that too, regardless of how much it hurts.

Do not forget to record what sort of game you’re wagering on, if that’s crucial to you. (In my experience, most folks keep to what they know and don’t experiment. If all you record is up, loses and withdrawals, you’re way in front of a majority of players out there!)

Give yourself realistic goals, such as a ‘dream’ goal (new car, holiday or whatever). When you withdraw, mark the money withdrawn to your dream counter. The greater the success you have, the closer that goal will be!
