Phil Ivey has been branded as the best poker player on the planet by quite a few of the top-ranked pros. Phil was born in Riverside, CA and relocated to NJ before reaching turning 1. His grandpa taught Phil penny-ante 5-Card Stud poker. From then on on, he was addicted to poker and wished to discover anything he could about poker. Ivey credits his success to discipline and a continuing passion for the game of poker. Phil states that he is learning every single day and is incredibly abashed about his achievements. Phil admits to making blunders every single session of poker and always aspires to improve.
